Thank you for visiting my Blog!
My name is Graydon Eskowich, and I am a recent high school graduate setting out on the adventure of a lifetime.
Starting in August 2019, I will be leaving Canada to spend almost a full year in Slovakia, a small country located in the heart of Europe. I will travel there as a Rotary International Exchange Student, sharing my experiences as a Canadian while gaining important knowledge of a different culture. As I attend school, speak a different language, live with host families, make new friends, and travel around the country, I hope to learn more about myself, and explore a new side of life that I would’ve never expected to discover.
I am tremendously grateful and excited for this opportunity.
On this blog, you can follow along with my adventures in Slovakia. I hope to update it every few weeks, but as is true with many other Exchange Students that try and run blogs, I may lose track of time and end up posting on a sporadic or unpredictable basis.
I hope you enjoy reading about my experiences, and I’ll try and fit in as much as possible. Until then, ‘drž mi palce!’ (Wish me luck! )
We are with you in spirit today, Graydon.
May only love lay down the road ahead and your steps be fun and meaningful.
🙂
